We are currently seeking a Director to join our growing Technology group at Coda Search! This person would ideally have a strong blend of experience with both recruitment as well as business development. There would be a tremendous opportunity to play a key role in partnering with our Senior Managing Director in the continued build-out of the team.
Work on roles including but not limited to: Software Developers, Network Engineers, Product Managers, CTOâ€™s, VPâ€™s of Engineering and more!
- 4+ years of Technical Recruiting/ Business Development experience
- Participate in full life-cycle of recruiting (combination of account development and account management skills are required)
- Ability to quantify business relationships with key decision makers/hiring managers within targeted accounts.
- Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the team and company.
- Assist with developing and expanding a hungry team in a successful metrics-free environment
- Excellent compensation packages with an aggressive commission structure (starting at 50% commission)
