Our client is a Boutique Private Wealth Firm seeking an Financial Administrative professional to work with their Management team and Financial Planners.

Essential Functions: (Includes but not limited to):

  • Prepare and review Asset Allocation Reports, Investment Performance Summary, Net Worth Schedules, Stock Schedules, and Investment Management Reports
  • Prepare and review Monthly Reconciliations
  • Analyze internal management reports with suggestions and encouraging feedback to maximize client potential
  • Assist Financial Planners with setup of new accounts and client management reports

Qualifications and Abilities:

  • 2-8 years experience with Financial Administration, Internal Reporting, and Financial Analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excel experience needed
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Business Management a plus
