Job Function: 

- Develop, document and enforce financial controls and procedures

- Select, configure, implement and maintain accounting software systems

- Recruit, train and supervise accounting staff

- Review and approve monthly reconciliations of bank, credit and loan accounts

- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

- Diagnose and troubleshoot financials monthly for errors and omissions

- Lead annual tax preparation and audit projects to timely & accurate completion

- Interface with 3rd-party fund administrator regarding LP investor accounting & reporting

- Continuously improve accounting department performance and data quality for the support of management decision making, forecasting, capital raising, and investor relations efforts


Bachelor's Degree
